Annual subscriptions start at $200/month (program-only) or $220/month (sessions-included) which can be paid monthly with a 12-month commitment or all up front. As with all plans, this can be completed 100% online, in-home or a combination of both. Base plan includes 1 in-home or virtual workout with me per week, but additional training sessions can be purchased. Cost of the subscription varies based on your unique needs. Add-ons include: additional 1-on-1 sessions, targeted education or more of a focus on nutrition? Each plan is tailored just for you and can always be adapted throughout your journey.
