More than just a trainer
Your Trainer, Your Teammate, Your Biggest Supporter
Hi, my name is Taylor – your fitness coach and health and wellness advocate.
I’m a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping women feel strong, confident and in control of their health — without extremes, shame or one-size-fits-all programs. I help women build solid, capable bodies using a practical, science-backed approach to fitness and nutrition — no fads, no fluff, no shame.
My mission is simple: to support women in every stage of life — whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, getting back into a routine after kids, navigating hormonal changes or simply trying to make time for you and your health again.
Not only am I a personal trainer, but I’ve served my community as a paramedic for over 10 years. In that role, I have witnessed firsthand how preventable health issues can take a toll on women’s lives — physically, emotionally and mentally. I saw the consequences of a reactive system and realized I wanted to be part of the solution before the emergency. That realization sparked my journey into personal training. Today, I combine my medical background with a proactive, compassionate approach to fitness.
With a background and several certifications in strength and conditioning, women’s health and fitness and nutrition education, I take a holistic and realistic approach to your health. It’s not just about how you look — it’s about how you feel in your body, how you move through your day and how supported you feel along the way. I work with women of all ages and stages, from first-time lifters to postnatal recovery to women navigating perimenopause.
Fitness doesn’t have to be extreme to be effective. It’s time to change the narrative about women’s health. Let’s redefine what it means to be strong, capable and beautiful. For too long, women’s health has been treated like a problem to fix . . . focused on restriction, shame or shrinking ourselves to fit unrealistic standards. It’s often reduced to weight loss, diets or bouncing back after baby, with little attention to strength, mental well-being or the complexity of women’s bodies across different life stages.
But women’s health isn’t about shrinking — it’s about increasing your strength, your energy and your confidence. I believe that fitness should be empowering and challenging, not punishing. Consistency beats intensity. Your health is personal which is why your fitness plan should be too.
At New Life Fitness, personal training goes beyond sets, reps and nutritional education. Your trainer should be more than someone who counts your squats.
I understand that health and fitness isn’t just physical — it’s emotional, mental and deeply personal. That’s why I commit to show up for you in each of the following ways:
I listen. To your goals, your struggles, your wins and losses.
I adapt. Your plan shifts as your life and health goals do.
I support. On the days you feel strong and on the days you don’t.
I empower. You to build confidence both in and out of the gym.
I celebrate. Every bit of progress, because it all matters.
I challenge. Too often, women are told to take it easy, stick to light weights and avoid pushing too hard. But the truth is, women have so much more potential and they deserve training that reflects that. Whether it’s lifting heavier, trying a new movement or simply showing up on a tough day, every challenge builds confidence, resilience and real progress. I create a safe and supportive environment where women are encouraged to go beyond their comfort zone — not because they have to, but because they can.
You're not just another client — you’re a whole person. This is why you won’t receive any cookie cutter programs at New Life Fitness. I will help you reach your fitness goals in the comfort of your own home - in-person or online. I’m here to guide you, believe in you and walk alongside you every step of your health journey.
Train with a purpose.
When you invest in your health, you help someone else too. A percentage of every personal training package purchased goes directly to organizations that help fight against sex trafficking and child exploitation. It's fitness that fuels more than just your goals, but the freedom of others.
